The Role:

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to exceed guest expectations, maintain high standards, and drive restaurant performance to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities include:

• Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation.
• Providing excellent training, coaching, and mentorship to develop emerging leaders.
• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences through personal effort and team empowerment.
