The role:

As a general manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards and expectations. You will coach and develop your team to reach their potential while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

Requirements:

  • Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Demonstrate leadership by training, coaching, and mentoring emerging leaders.
  • Dedicate to excellence in guest service, ensuring every interaction reflects high standards, either through your own efforts or by empowering your team.
  • Possess strong financial skills including budgeting, inventory management, labor management, and strategic marketing. Use data analysis to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Focus on building and nurturing your team through recruitment and ongoing development, promoting personal and professional growth.
  • Commit to creating an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued, enabling them to thrive in their roles and careers.
