General Manager | Full time Exciting new opening in June

The Role:

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards and performance. You will coach and develop your team to reach their full potential while driving restaurant success.

What You Need To Be Successful:

  • Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to emerging leaders.
  • Be dedicated to delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service, either through your efforts or by empowering your team.
  • Possess strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory management, labour management, and strategic marketing. Use data analysis to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Focus on building and nurturing your team through recruitment and ongoing development, supporting their personal and professional growth.
  • Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and they belong, enabling them to thrive in their roles and careers.
