General Manager | Full-time

The role |

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards and continuously coaching and developing your team to perform at their best while driving restaurant performance and results.

If you |

  • Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation, empowering emerging leaders through training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Are dedicated to excellence in guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service, either through your own efforts or by enabling your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
  • Possess strong financial acumen, including budgeting, inventory management, labour management, and strategic marketing, and analyze data to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and belonging, allowing them to thrive in their roles and careers.
  • Are a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
