General Manager | Full-time

The role |

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to exceed guest expectations, maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop your team to perform their best while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

  • Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You excel at influencing and empowering emerging leaders through training, coaching, and mentorship.

  • Possess strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory management, labor management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
