The role |

As a general manager, you’ll inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, maintaining high expectations and standards. You will coach and develop your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

  • Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Your ability to influence and empower emerging leaders shines through as you provide training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Are dedicated to excellence in guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service, either through your efforts or by empowering your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
  • Possess strong financial acumen, including budgeting, inventory management, labor management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data to drive key business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth among team members.
  • Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and valued, allowing them to flourish in their roles and careers.
  • Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
