The role |

As a general manager, you’ll inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, maintaining high expectations and standards. You will coach and develop your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

If you |

  • Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Your ability to influence and empower emerging leaders is key, providing excellent training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Are dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects high-quality service, either through your efforts or by empowering your team.
  • Possess strong financial skills including budgeting, inventory, labor management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data to make informed business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, supporting their personal and professional growth.
  • Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and valued, enabling them to thrive in their roles and careers.
  • Are a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
