Tenpin Ltd is recruiting for a General Manager in Training. You will undergo a 12-week training plan to learn how to run and manage a Tenpin centre. The role involves traveling around the region to gain hands-on experience across different sites.

We seek someone driven, passionate and capable of creating a fun environment for customers and team members, with future responsibility as a General Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant/Deputy Manager in hospitality or leisure.
• Demonstrates determination, enthusiasm and patience.
• Willingness to adapt to change and travel as required.
• Must have access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership and guest experience.
• Learn to run and manage a Tenpin centre through a structured training plan.
• Travel around the region to gain site experience.

The Role

The ideal General Manager will be driven, passionate and have a natural ability to create a fun environment for both our customers and team.

Skills You Need

• Previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Manager, in hospitality or leisure industry,
• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and patience
• Fully flexible and highly adaptable to change
• To be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
