Job summary

Tenpin is seeking a General Manager in Training. You will undertake a 12-week training plan to learn how to run and manage a Tenpin centre, with hands-on experience across our sites.

You'll travel around the region, develop leadership skills, and prepare for progression into a General Manager role, driving a fun, guest-focused environment. This role is ideal for an aspiring hospitality leader with prior Assistant or Deputy Manager experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Manager in hospitality or leisure.
• Be highly determined, enthusiastic and patient.
• Be fully flexible and highly adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-week training plan to learn how to run and manage a Tenpin centre.
• Travel around the region to gain experience from different sites and teams.

The Role

The ideal General Manager will be driven, passionate and have a natural ability to create a fun environment for both our customers and team.

Skills You Need

• Previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Manager, in hospitality or leisure industry,
• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and patience
• Fully flexible and highly adaptable to change
• To be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
