Job summary

You will join Flow Sports Personnel Ltd as a General Manager, responsible for running one of their busy centres in Northampton. You will create a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for your team and customers, while driving overall performance.

You will own the budget and KPIs across four revenue streams and have the autonomy to shape operational standards, coaching your team to deliver outstanding service and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months hands-on General Manager experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Delivers best-in-class operational standards and guest experience.
• Proven ability to optimise sales and performance of a business unit.
• Demonstrates coaching, developing and progressing team members.
• Shows empathy and a compassionate approach with staff and customers.
• Resilient, flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

You will be fully accountable for delivering all areas of your budget and KPIs, driving the profit performance of your centre and have the opportunity to share in the success.

To be successful you should have:

• a minimum of eighteen months experience as a hands-on General Manager ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
