Job summary

Flow Recruitment is seeking an ambitious General Manager to run one of their busy leisure centres in Belfast. You will shape operations, drive sales, and lead a motivated team across Food, Drink, Amusements and Bowling/Golf.

The role is highly autonomous, with accountability for budgets, KPIs and overall guest experience. You should have at least 18 months hands-on GM experience in leisure, hospitality or retail, a passion for coaching people, and a flexible approach to nights and weekends in a

• Proven track record of delivering high operational standards.
• Evidence of optimising sales and performance of a business unit.
• Strong people leadership with coaching and development.

• Willing to work nights and weekends.

You will be fully accountable for delivering all areas of your budget and KPIs, driving the profit performance of your centre and have the opportunity to share in the success.

To be successful you should have:
