Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a General Manager in Watford to lead one of their busy centres with autonomy and impact. You will create a safe, fun environment for staff and customers, and drive performance across food, drink, amusements, and bowling/golf streams.

You will be accountable for budgets and KPIs, driving centre profit and sharing in success. The role requires coaching and motivating the team to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• Minimum of 18 months experience as a hands-on General Manager in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Relentless drive to deliver top operational standards in the industry.
• Evidence of optimising sales and performance of a business unit.
• Passion for people with coaching and developing your team.
• Empathetic and compassionate leadership; resilient and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Be willing to work nights and weekends.

To be successful you should have:
