Flow Recruitment Ltd is seeking an ambitious General Manager to lead a busy hospitality and leisure centre in the UK. You will be empowered to shape operations, drive profit, and coach a vibrant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will own the performance across Food, Drink, Amusements and Bowling/Golf, manage budgets and KPIs, and ensure high standards while working nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GM with 18+ months in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven ability to deliver high operational standards and growth in sales.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
• Empathetic, adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• 2 years GM experience in hospitality, leisure or competitive socialising.

Responsibilities

• Run one busy leisure/hospitality centre and deliver excellent guest service.

As a General Manager for clients organisation, you will be responsible for running one of their busy centres. You will create a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for your team and customers.

You will enjoy the freedom to make a real impact driving the financial and commercial performance of your business, across all four revenue streams (Food, Drink, Amusements and Bowling/Golf). You will be fully accountable for delivering all areas of your budget and KPIs, driving the profit performance of your centre and have the opportunity to share in the success.

To be successful you should have:

• a minimum of eighteen months experience as a hands-on General Manager ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry

• evidence of optimising sales and performance of a business unit
• a passion for people, with evidence of coaching, developing, and progressing your team
• an empathetic and compassionate approach
