You’ll recruit, train, coach staff, drive sales, manage resources, and maintain safety and compliance while delivering a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train the best people for your teams, ensuring they can deliver above and beyond in their role by developing operational and leadership skills.
• Coach your teams to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products, building the brand and delivering quality range and service.
