Job summary

SSP is seeking an inspirational General Manager to lead our Upper Crust stores and food production unit. You will drive exceptional customer service and operational excellence, building capable teams and delivering strong business results across multiple units.

You will recruit, coach and develop staff, ensure compliance with company standards, and foster strong relationships with clients and partners while maintaining a safe, legally compliant trading environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and production units.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train your teams, developing their operational and leadership skills.
• Coach teams to promote SSP brand, ensure right range, quality and service to customers.
• Lead teams to drive trade activity, grow sales and maximise profit.
• Lead and build knowledge to deliver Change Plans and resource-planned activities for optimal staffing.
• Ensure units comply with internal systems guidance.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with clients and partners.
• Prioritise safety and coach teams to use security tools for a safer workplace.
