Job summary
SSP Group plc is seeking an inspirational Multi-Unit General Manager to lead Upper Crust, Pasty Shop and Cafe Ritazza units at Reading Station. You will recruit and train teams, developing leaders to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
You will coach teams on product knowledge, drive trade activity to grow sales and profit, and ensure safety and compliance across all units. This role offers flexible working and a competitive £34,000 annual salary with development

- Proven experience managing multiple units in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train teams, developing their leadership and operational capabilities.
- Coach staff to deliver product knowledge, brand standards and superior service.
- Lead trade activity to grow sales and maximise profit.
- Plan resources and schedule hours to optimise customer coverage and efficiency.
- Ensure units operate in line with internal guidance and safety requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Prioritise colleague safety and legal compliance at all times.
