BM Caterers is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations across contract catering on a Monday to Friday, 40-hour week, starting mid‑November. You’ll drive service standards, budgetary controls and team performance in a dynamic hospitality environment.

With 2–3 years in contract catering or hospitality, you’ll manage food production, service and cost controls, and develop your team through training and forums.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years experience in contract catering or hospitality.
• Managing a team to achieve targets and client satisfaction.
• Experience with food production, service and cost controls.
• Hospitality Diploma/NVQ with Food Safety Level 3 and Health & Safety Level 2, or equivalent.
