Job summary

Bartlett-Mitchell in London is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our contract catering team, ensure top service standards, and drive profitability. The role requires 2–3 years in contract catering or hospitality, strong kitchen management and knowledge of food production, service, and cost controls.

Hospitality Diploma/NVQ with Food Safety Level 3 and Health & Safety Level 2 or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in contract catering or hospitality.
• Strong kitchen management and service standards experience.
• Knowledge of food production, service and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all areas of service and standards, including budgetary controls and targets.
• Plan for innovation and menu concepts; implement BM Caterers concepts and menus.
• Attend BM Caterers forums and contribute to development of self and team.
• Develop and mentor team to achieve client satisfaction and high standards.
