Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our contract catering team from mid-November, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. You’ll oversee all service areas, drive standards and budgetary controls while delivering outstanding customer care.

With kitchen management experience, you will motivate and develop the team, implement our concepts and menus, and participate in forums to share best practices.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in contract catering or hospitality.
• Hospitality Diploma or NVQ equivalent; Food Safety Level 3 and Health & Safety Level 2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all areas of service and standards, including budgetary controls and targets.
• Plan for innovation, attend BM Caterers forums, and implement concepts and menus.
• Develop and motivate the team to deliver high standards of customer service and care.
