Loungers, a growing hospitality group, is hiring a General Manager to lead Gallico Lounge. You will be responsible for building a strong team, delivering outstanding hospitality, and running the lounge as the heartbeat of the local community.

You will oversee GP, labour, stock, and guest experiences, while driving continuous improvement and staff development. A 40–48 hour contract is typical, with a generous bonus potential.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead hospitality teams
• Strong focus on delivering consistent guest experiences
• Experience managing GP, labour, stock and KPIs

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of Gallico Lounge and lead multiple shifts
• Build and develop a strong team with clear development plans
• Work with Head Chef on food quality, stock, and training
• Analyse GP, labour, stock, and NPS to drive improvements
• Lead weekly HOD meetings and align teams across shifts
• Engage with local community and maintain active social media presence
• Schedule rotas two weeks in advance and oversee shift reporting and safety
