Loungers is hiring a hands-on General Manager to lead Croeso Lounge, a brand-new site in your local area. You will recruit, coach and manage a high-performing team, while ensuring superb hospitality and community engagement.

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Head Chef, maintain GP targets, schedule fair rotas, and drive continuous improvement across the lounge to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualificações

• Must have proven leadership in hospitality settings.
• Ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong grasp of GP, labour, stock and KPI metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of Croeso Lounge, leading shifts and maintaining standards.
• Build and develop a strong team with clear development plans.
• Work closely with Head Chef on food quality, stock and training.
• Know your numbers inside out and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead weekly HOD meetings and align the team across all shifts.
