Ashford Mercedes-Benz is seeking a driven General Manager to lead dealership operations, drive sales volumes and profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty across the site.

You will coach a motivated team, uphold world-class service standards, and act as a trusted ambassador for a world‑renowned automotive brand, delivering exceptional experiences and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone operating at General Manager / Head of Business level or an experienced Automotive Manager aiming to advance in the industry.
• Solid understanding of EV vehicles.
• Ability to manage people effectively and draw strong performance from the team, while building relationships with employees and customers.
• Ambassador for the brand with a proactive, go-getter attitude and focus on customer value.

Responsibilities

• Develop a customer service driven environment and culture through regular communication, team building and coaching with your teams
• Communicate and maintain customer service standards and measurements in line with the Brand requirements
• Provide clear leadership by ensuring the vision and objectives for the business are understood and communicated
• Train and develop department managers in line with organisational requirements
• Agree objectives & work standards with department managers and review performance
• Develop and monitor the business plan for all sales areas with senior managers to meet business objectives, profit margins and market penetration
