Derby Arms is seeking a capable General Manager to lead our team in Forest of Bowland. You will drive service excellence, manage staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant and hotel operations, upholding our quality and seasonal menus.

We value strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to multitask across front-of-house and hospitality duties, with progress opportunities within a growing group of premium pubs with rooms.

Derby Arms is in the Forest of Bowland and sits between Longridge and Chipping. One of our smaller hotel sites, it has 6 en-suite hotel rooms, a bar, lounge and snug area, a casual dining restaurant and a covered alfresco dining space.
