Job summary

The Fleece in Addingham, a traditional Yorkshire pub with restaurant spaces, seeks a General Manager to lead and inspire the team, ensuring outstanding service and food quality. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage shifts, and coach staff across front-of-house and support functions.

This role offers up to £45,000 per annum including service charge, plus tips, profit sharing, flexible shifts, and access to bespoke training.

• Passion for great food and drink and delivering fantastic customer service.
• Ability to lead, develop and coach a team to be the best they can be.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Experience managing in a service-based environment.
• Organised and able to multitask.

In the village of Addingham, The Fleece, is a traditional Yorkshire taproom and pub. It has a pub and restaurant dining spaces, a bar and lounge area, alfresco dining on the outside patio, and private function and dining rooms.
