Job summary

The Fleece in Addingham, part of Seafood Pub Company, invites a General Manager to lead our traditional Yorkshire pub and dining spaces. You will drive outstanding guest service, coach a diverse team, and manage day-to-day operations with a focus on quality, teamwork and profitability.

We offer a competitive salary up to £45,000 per year including service charge, plus tips, with flexible shift patterns, staff discounts, and opportunities for progression within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a service-based environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff to deliver excellent hospitality.
• Strong organisational and communication skills for multi-tasking in a busy pub setting.
