Pho Cardiff is seeking a cool and charismatic Assistant Manager to join our management team. You will help lead frontline operations, support in staff training, rota scheduling and supplier communications, while delivering great guest experiences.

We offer strong earning potential, with a base salary of £32,400 plus tron, paid biweekly, plus benefits like free meals, dining discounts for you and up to 5 friends, and generous training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant/ bar management experience.
• Ability to train staff and schedule rosters.

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x1 years’ Restaurant Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or a bit both
• Big passion for food! As part of our management team, you’ll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food.
• A people person ready to assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. E.g. Acquire for stock ordering.
