Job summary

Pho Newcastle is looking for a cool and charismatic Assistant Manager to join our management team, bringing a passion for great food and a lively guest experience. On-site in Newcastle, you’ll support staff training, oversee rota scheduling, communicate with suppliers, and help maintain the high-energy atmosphere.

Salary up to £41,600 (base £32,400 plus tron) plus a range of benefits and perks. We offer free meals at work, staff discounts, pension, and fun annual parties to support a vibrant

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Strong people skills and leadership abilities.
• Experience coordinating staff training and rota planning.

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x1 years’ Restaurant Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or a bit both
• Big passion for food! As part of our management team, you’ll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food.
• A people person ready to assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. E.g. Acquire for stock ordering.
