Insight Executive Group are working in partnership with a global Facilities Management service provider who are looking to recruit a General Manager for their healthcare client based in North London.

The role is a permanent full time position with a starting salary of up to £70k and an ASAP start.

The ideal candidate here will have a facilities/contract background and will also have healthcare experience, ideally within the mental health field.

The successful General Manager will be responsible for:

• overall management of the teams include domestic, portering, security, and contract management of pest control, window cleaning, grounds and gardens with direct responsibility for managing clients and clinical users across the portfolio.

The successful General Manager will be able to demonstrate:

• experience of leading and managing a domestic and/or porter team in a healthcare environment
• experience in ensuring promoting and ensuring compliance to H&S requirements
• excellent communication and people management skills
