We are seeking an experienced and successful General Manager to lead, motivate, and inspire the team at this stunning London site.

This site has just undergone a no-expense-spared refurbishment and is looking for an exceptional leader to usher in this new era. Experience with new openings or re-openings is preferred.

This beautiful pub features a stunning bar area and restaurant in the heart of London.

You will be responsible for managing the team and overall site targets to deliver an excellent guest experience. The General Manager will also manage profitability and guest satisfaction metrics. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Managing profitability, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded
  • Providing effective leadership to a talented, youthful team
  • Ensuring compliance with and exceeding all Brand Service Standards
  • Controlling costs and sourcing revenue opportunities effectively

What are we looking for?

  • An outstanding General Manager with a proven track record of improving sites
  • Experience in managing hotel or pub operations is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting in a similar-sized property
  • Excellent leadership capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Hands-on operational management experience
