Chair of the Board - Value Added Technology Distributor

Salary: £50,000 per annum 2 - 3 days a month

Location: Remote with travel to London and Ipswich

Overview of the Role:

As Chair, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our company s strategic direction. You will lead monthly board meetings, mentor our management team, and ensure we continue to thrive in a competitive marketplace. This position offers a competitive salary and equity package, along with the flexibility of remote working, while requiring monthly commutes to Ipswich or London.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within technology distribution or wider tech space.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

  • Experience in mentoring and developing management teams.
  • Ability to drive business growth and performance.
