Our General Managers are people-focused leaders responsible for running successful clubs and providing an exceptional experience for members every day, 7 days a week.

Role Overview

As a General Manager, you will lead a member-driven service through inspiring leadership, seek opportunities to increase profit and participation, and generate new income streams for your club. You will foster a culture of excellence, collaborate with club support and regional management teams, and implement action plans based on key metrics to ensure the best experience for team members and members alike.

Candidate Requirements

• Several years of experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail, sporting or leisure facility)
• Experience managing a large team, including managers
• Financial planning and management skills
• Passion for customer service

Performance Metrics

• Achievement of profit and loss targets and balanced scorecard
• Alignment with DL Clubs' 6 Values
• Feedback from members, team members, and mystery shoppers
• Compliance with legislative and company audits
• Key KPIs such as member retention, usage rates, customer satisfaction, in-club income per member, and EBITDA
• Monthly visits from Regional Managers and support teams
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
