Job Description:

An experienced and well-informed individual is invited to organize the heavy schedule of the MD of a property management and development company and review the various pieces of information that come to his attention daily. The MD is looking to delegate responsibilities, so the right candidate will take on an advisory and active role, deputizing for the MD to perform various tasks in coordination with other staff to run the business effectively.

The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language and computer skills, with proven experience in administrative and legal fields. Prior experience in a similar role is essential. A key trait for this role is the willingness to engage with the detailed aspects of the business, enabling the MD to delegate responsibilities confidently. Training and supervision will be provided during the transition period.

While not essential, as this is a remote-first role, it would be advantageous if the candidate is within reasonable commuting distance, as occasional travel to the client’s property portfolio across North-West London may be required.

This is a part-time position, with weekly hours to be discussed during the interview process. A competitive salary will be offered.
