What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll operate in a challenging and fast-paced environment, ensuring the day-to-day and short-term contracting functions meet business requirements.
• You’ll be key in developing the medium to long-term contracting strategy for relevant destinations.
• You’ll focus on people management, providing support to the area manager role, coaching, and mentoring staff to promote colleague progression.

What you’ll have:

• Excellent knowledge of contracting within a Tour Operator environment, making you a subject matter expert.
• A proactive and confident approach, with a focus on successful delivery and relationship-building.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills.
• A proven track record of forging effective business relationships internally and externally.

Note: These roles will require business travel across Europe on a frequent basis.
