Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive sales, and cultivate a high-performing team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You'll implement the training plan from Day 1, deliver excellent PERi-PERi experiences, manage KPI targets, and shape a great culture while enjoying benefits such as a 4-week sabbatical after 5 years, staff meals, travel opportunities, and a generous bonus scheme.
