Job summary

Nando’s Group in Manchester is looking for a General Manager to lead the restaurant, shape culture and drive performance day to day.

You will manage a busy team, deliver PERi-PERi hospitality to guests, develop your people into future managers, and work to targets and KPIs while maintaining brand standards and customer obsession.

You’ll be trusted to make decisions, control costs, plan shifts and mentor a diverse workforce in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

Salary up to: £45,000.00 Have you been to Nando’s before? We do things a bit differently round here.
