Job summary

Nando's is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy restaurant in the United Kingdom. You will drive performance, coach a team, and ensure exceptional PERi-PERi service while upholding brand standards.

You will develop people, hit KPIs, and foster a positive culture where team members feel valued and motivated to deliver great guest experiences every day.
