Job summary

Nando’s Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy restaurant, drive performance and deliver exceptional PERi-PERi service. You will shape the team, manage operations and uphold the brand values.

From Day 1 you’ll follow a 3‑month GM training plan, with a sabbatical policy after five years, meals on shift, travel opportunities, and a competitive bonus scheme that rewards sales growth and guest satisfaction.

Salary up to: £45,000.00 Have you been to Nando’s before? We do things a bit differently round here.
