Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking a General Manager to lead a team and run the restaurant like it’s their own business. You’ll shape culture, drive growth, and be the strategic owner of daily operations.

You will motivate, coach and develop your team toward ambitious targets, while delivering memorable PERi-PERi experiences for guests across in-restaurant and delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the restaurant as if it were your own business, shaping culture.
• Lead the team to hit targets and KPIs.
• Develop and grow future managers within the restaurant.
