Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant, drive sales and champion outstanding guest experience. You will manage a team, model the brand values and work toward targets and KPIs in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

As a key decision-maker, you will nurture talent, foster a positive culture and ensure smooth operations, while delivering PERi-PERi excellence to customers both in-restaurant and for take-away.
