Job summary

Nando’s Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant with bold PERi-PERi flair. You will drive performance, lead a team, and own the day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role focuses on people development, sales through multiple channels, and delivering KPI targets, with a comprehensive benefits package and a clear training plan.

As a Patrao (our General Managers) we like you to treat the restaurant as if it's your own business. You will be key to making the decisions and creating a great culture within the restaurant. You will be a proven leader with the ability to work towards targets and KPI’s.
