Job summary

One Tun on Goodge Street in Central London is seeking a General Manager to lead a vibrant pub operation. You will own the customer experience, manage a small team, shape the food and events, and drive sales with autonomy within a supportive framework.

We're looking for a General Manager for the One Tun on Goodge Street. This beautiful boozer proves that great things can come in small packages. The bar sits centre-stage in this pub, and every seat has a view of a television - perfect for watching sport - a key part of the offer here. The pub leans further into traditional pub with sport as it comes complete with a dartboard - something of a rarity in Central London. We are looking for a General Manager who can grow the reputation of this historic central london pub.

We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual and so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. We're all about freedom within a framework - you decide what goes on the food menu - and that doesn't mean picking from a bank of recipes! You decide what events and sales driving to do, what the team uniform is, and look after all your own recruitment and marketing.
