An established arts charity is looking for a highly organised General Manager to join their senior leadership team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient delivery of the organisation's ambitious programme as they approach their 30th anniversary. You will oversee key operational areas including HR, finance, governance, IT, and marketing, while also supporting a flexible working environment. NYCOS is seeking a highly organised and experienced General Manager to lead our central services and support the day-to-day running of the organisation.
As part of the senior leadership team, you’ll oversee key operational areas including HR, finance, governance, IT, and marketing, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of NYCOS’ ambitious programme.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the future of a national arts charity as we approach our 30th anniversary in 2025.
Preferably full-time (35 hours per week), but we would consider a part-time position for the right candidate.
Working hours are flexible, between 8.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
NYCOS main office at Savoy House, Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, with potential for some home working.
