We’re seeking a Site General Manager to lead, inspire and develop our dynamic team.
Reporting to the Deputy Port Director, you will manage the performance of the business units at King George V and Rothesay Docks.
In this role you will lead your team to deliver an industry leading EHS performance, support and influence the achievement of financial performance objectives, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service is delivered.
You will also build strong relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including customers, trade union, suppliers and shipping lines, working collaboratively to ensure the delivery of optimum customer service.
You will have extensive leadership skills and experience in a logistics, operations, transport or bulk handling environment. You will be an excellent team player with the ability to lead, influence, coach and develop your team. You will demonstrate a dedication to safety and a strong commercial acumen with proven experience of meeting and exceeding revenue and EBITDA targets alongside operational excellence.
