Salary: £41,000 - £45,000 plus benefits, including a bonus potential of up to 50%, discounts, and comprehensive induction training.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our restaurant by creating a winning team and delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruit, onboard, and induct new team members.
2. Inspire, develop, and lead management and staff to ensure high retention.
3. Maximize revenue through sales analysis and effective forecasting.
4. Manage controllable costs and site P&L effectively.
5. Support the Regional Operations Manager in achieving long-term business goals.
6. Drive high performance via regular one-on-one meetings.
7. Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
8. Promote the brand's values and ensure team knowledge and confidence.
9. Ensure health and safety standards are met.
10. Focus on achieving high guest satisfaction metrics.
