General Manager – New QSR Brand Launch – Plymouth

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Multi-Site Progression Opportunity

We are partnering with a new Quick Service Restaurant concept launching its flagship in Plymouth. This is the start of a multi-site development plan, and we seek a passionate, experienced General Manager to lead from day one.

Focused on quality ingredients, excellent customer service, and community values, this concept aims to be a popular destination for fast, fresh, and delicious food.

The Role:

As the General Manager, you will lead daily operations and contribute to strategic decisions shaping the brand’s future. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a multi-site business from its first store, with a clear path to Multi-Site Management within 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the Plymouth site, ensuring smooth operations, high standards, and brand consistency.
  • Build a team from scratch. Recruit, train, and develop high-performing staff aligned with the brand's values.
  • Drive a customer service culture that leaves guests with memorable experiences.
  • Implement strategies to maximize sales, control costs, and boost profitability towards growth targets.
  • Represent the brand locally by building relationships with businesses, community groups, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe environment.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet business goals.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership and contribute to multi-site expansion planning.
