We’re hiring: General Manager – The May Tree, Helston

Fixed Term Contract – Until February 2026

We’re on the lookout for a General Manager to lead The May Tree – Whitbread Inns, one of Helston’s best-loved spots for everything from family meals to relaxed drinks with friends. Just off Clodgey Lane, The May Tree is a vibrant, high-performing site with a strong local following and a brilliant, close-knit team already in place.

Whether you're local or looking for a lifestyle move to Cornwall, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead at a successful site on a fixed term contract until February 2026 – perfect for someone who wants to make an impact and add a stand-out success to their career story.

This is a full-time role, working 48 hours across 5 days, and reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager, with the autonomy to lead the site and drive performance.
