Brook Street are delighted to be supporting our Public Sector client in their search for a Part time Personal Assistant (HEO).

Role specifics:

Job title - HEO - Personal assistant.
Type - Part time, 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday preferably)
Start date - ASAP
Duration of assignment - 4 months
Location - Working virtually / remote
Hourly rate - £17.39 per hour, paid weekly

Job description:

Diary management for a Senior Stakeholder, to manage internal/external meetings.This will include:

  • Contacting individuals and, where addresses are unknown to the team, locating contact details to find suitable meeting times.
  • Liaising with a personal PA to agree availability
  • Manage a diary to ensure availability and has travel time to make necessary appointments
  • Identifying and booking meeting rooms/locations where required
  • Putting meetings into the shared diary ensuring all attendees have information about location and any access requirements.
  • With team lead, create agendas and send out to all attendees in advance of meetings.
  • Ensure meeting dates, attendees and meeting notes are all recorded on the team SharePoint spreadsheet.
  • Other SharePoint duties as needed.

Person Specifics:
- Experience in diary management.
- Previous experience undertaking a PA or secretary role is desirable
- Able to monitor inboxes and navigate in house systems.

Requirements:
- Must be able to provide full right to work in the UK documentation
- Must be able to pass a Basic disclosure check
- Able to work part time hours
- Must have a suitable workspace from home with an internet connection
