Job summary

RAD Hotel Group is seeking a General Labourer to support our tradespeople and maintenance teams across hotel renovation and maintenance projects. This role is varied and essential to keeping projects on track.

You will work with the RAD development teams, transport materials, set up work areas, and help with deliveries. A valid UK driving license and being 25 or older are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labouring or similar role is beneficial.
• A full, valid UK driver’s license is essential.
• Candidates must be aged 25 or over due to insurance restrictions.
• Physically fit and able to work safely alongside the team.

Responsibilities

• Labouring on RAD development projects and other RAD projects.
• Assist with transporting furniture, materials and equipment to and from sites.
• Provide general labour support during hotel renovations and maintenance.
• Keep work areas tidy and safe during construction.
• Help ensure timelines stay on track by moving materials efficiently.
• Support bakery deliveries where required.
• Assist tradespeople as needed across projects.

We are seeking a General Labourer to support our tradespeople across and maintenance teams various projects within the RAD Hotel Group. This is a varied role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of renovation and maintenance projects at our hotels.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Labouring to trades on RAD development projects
• Labouring on various RAD projects
• Assisting with transporting furniture, dancefloors, and materials to and from different sites.
• Providing general labouring support on ongoing hotel projects or renovations.
• Tidying and maintaining areas being renovated or under construction.
• Helping with getting and transporting materials to ensure projects stay on track.
• Support bakery delivery where necessary

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a labouring or similar role is beneficial.
• Hardworking, reliable, and punctual.
• Ability to work efficiently and safely alongside other team members.
• A full, valid UK driver’s license is essential.
• Due to insurance restrictions, candidates must be aged 25 or over.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
