Job summary

RAD Hotel Group is seeking a General Labourer to support our trades and maintenance teams across renovation and hotel projects in the United Kingdom. This varied role is essential for the smooth running of site work and on-going refurbishments at our hotels.

You'll assist with transporting furniture and materials, keep work areas tidy, and help crews stay on track. A UK driving licence and reliability are important; candidates should be 25 or over and physically fit for demanding site duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labouring or similar role is beneficial.
• Hardworking, reliable, and punctual.
• Ability to work efficiently and safely alongside other team members.
• A full, valid UK driver’s license is essential.
• Due to insurance restrictions, candidates must be aged 25 or over.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
• Physically fit due to nature of the role

Responsibilities

• Labouring to trades on RAD development projects
• Labouring on various RAD projects
• Assisting with transporting furniture, dancefloors, and materials to and from different sites.
• Providing general labouring support on ongoing hotel projects or renovations.
• Tidying and maintaining areas being renovated or under construction.
• Helping with getting and transporting materials to ensure projects stay on track.
• Support bakery delivery where necessary
