Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a Qualified Supply Teacher (QTS) to support local Southampton schools on a flexible day-to-day basis.

Deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive, safe learning environment, and manage classroom behaviour. Enjoy zero planning or marking, control your schedule, and work full-time or part-time as you prefer.

This position offers competitive daily pay (£130–£160) and variety across different schools and year groups, with standard hours 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
• Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to establish authority quickly.
• High degree of adaptability, enthusiasm, and excellent communication abilities.
• Valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
